Green Cheek Conure for rehome

With heavy heart I want to put feelers out to see if there's a family who would like to take in our Green Cheek Conure Cocoa. We got her on craigslist 6-7 years ago from a tired couple. I believe she is 13 years old right now and these birds could live to about 30. Please read the entire post before reaching out. She is healthy except for 2 scarred toes on right foot. We don't know for sure the gender but think it's female because she tend to prefer men. She does also like to hangout with me and my mom but you can't show fear to her. She is very social and likes to be sit in your hand while you're watching TV. She definitely takes advantage of you if you show weakness to her and she does bite hard if she doesn't like you. So she's not the nicest to young child. The reason for the rehoming is because my parents retired and wish to travel. They can't take her with them and it's hard for me to keep her because I have a home with a dog that has high prey drive. I'm worried she will get hurt sooner or later. She is free to a person who can demonstrate they are experienced with these birds. Preferably someone with other green cheek conures. She gets along great with my other larger parrot but the bird doesn't like her much. She is feisty with dogs and cats and grew up with both. No home with animals with high prey drive. I am in no rush to get rid of her. Please email or text me with your home situation, experience with parrots and other pets and where she will be living. The more the better. Thank you
