We are a small real estate investment company. We have properties of all types that need work done. I have enough knowhow for both of us, but I cannot do the physical labor myself. I need someone who can follow my instructions (as best they can). I will describe, point my finger, and you will do the work. Job may include all facets of construction (demo, drywall, carrying, lifting, climbing, painting, hammering, screwing, flooring, etc.). No electrical, no concrete, no roofing, no hvac, no tall ladder work. MOSTLY JUST LABOR. (I supply all tools and equipment needed.) I guarantee you will learn! This particular gig will last about 4 weeks. If you are the right person, there is more to come. The right person is motivated, ambitious, can communicate with me in english, is punctual, and pays attention to detail. Pay is open and according to your motivation and ability. We will work 5-6 days per week for the next 4 weeks (according to material availability) to finish this first project. Job starts Monday, January 10.
