Dog found: black with white chest

NE 81st near NE Oregon, Portland OR

Description

Found a black dog with white chest with orange collar - Male, neutered - in the road (retreating to a car door of a white Toyota Camry (I believe)). He was sitting in freezing rain at NE 81st and NE Oregon (basically outside Milepost 5 apartments). We will check for a microchip tomorrow. He looks like a young (1-2yr old my guess) pitty and lab mix. Reply to this post if you have info or recognize him from the neighborhood. I’ll update this post if we find his human or take him to the shelter.
