Full-time WRG, a full-service water restoration and construction company (water, mold, construction, and fire) is looking to hire a full-time Technician. The Company is headquartered in Miami, Florida, it provides services in Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. WRG is one of the leading restoration companies in the markets it services and has been open since 2005.
SUMMARY
This position is primarily responsible to manage water, mold, fire, asbestos & construction jobs assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties, outside your regular function, may be assigned to ensure business progress.
Responsibilities
* Responds to emergency calls when contacted for dispatch.
* Perform all job duties and ensure job needs are being met according to jobs.
* Arrive in a timely manner upon receipt of schedule for each job.
* Make updates accordingly of jobs in software.
* Take photos and record in designated software accordingly.
* Upload all documents and update information into the software after job visit
* Constant communication with customers and management.
* Other duties needed as required
