Hello contractors! THIS IS A STRICTLY 1099 POSITION. A 1099 worker is one that is not considered an “employee.” Rather, this type of worker is usually referred to as a freelancer, independent contractor or other self-employed worker that completes particular jobs or assignments. Since they're not deemed employees, you don't pay them wages or a salary. Straight to the point- I know work is slowed up due to covid. So I’m out here AGAIN searching for that one crew out of the pool of many. Guidelines: - Please DO NOT contact: If you cannot forward a picture of your ID - Please DO NOT contact: If you cannot fill out a W9 and if you cannot provide EIN, tax number or social - Please DO NOT contact: If you can't forward references of jobs you have completed in the last 12 months and pictures of your work -These jobs you will get paid upon completion. There’s no deposit until we build a relationship and I know that you are a trustworthy person. -If you don’t have tools- please DO NOT call. -If the customer will not be satisfied with your work- please DO NOT call. Job Location: SANDY SPRINGS, GA DESCRIPTION: Two rooms need popcorn removed and drywall needs to be repaired (see pictures) The ceilings are 20 ft tall. I have a scaffold if needed. You’ll need to pick up one drywall board. Payment: $1100 THIS IS A STRICTLY 1099 POSITION.
