Howdy.. just bought and older home that was sitting for half a year empty and need someone qualified to evaluate and/or make work the A/C (central air) inspect for functionality, clean..make operable. Also do the same with the furnace and check the hot water heater. If I call normal service its big bucks..why not you and save some $
Please offer your experience/qualifications in response... I have other work depending on your skills
