Limited Class Size Our Culinary Academy classes focus on expanding the participants’ knowledge of the culinary basics while also incorporating techniques that are more advanced. Taught by Grand chefs, these classes are fun, first hand experiences that will have people raving about your culinary knowledge. In each Grand Culinary Academy, you will receive an approximately hour and a half in depth cooking demonstration, recipes and food sampling. Most Culinary Academy classes are $30+tax & processing fee, unless otherwise noted. Classes are limited in size. CHOCOLATES In this class, our Pastry Chef teaches chocolatier confections using single origin chocolates and a multitude of textures. $30 +tax & processing fee per person
