EmployPro Staffing is hiring for multiple positions in the Smyrna and Nashville areas, All Positions are Permanent and Long Term. APPLY TODAY AND START THIS WEEK! ** Forklift Operators / Sit-down & Stand-up- Smyrna, TN ** $17.00 - $18.00** All Shifts Needed Hours: Monday - Friday 8 - 10 hour shifts $17.00 - $18.00 / hour plus Overtime Paid After 40 hours Some Weekends Required · Minimum 1 year of Forklift Experience Required · Must pass timed forklift test ** Smyrna / Nashville, TN** Material Handlers Needed in both areas $15.00 - $17.00 based on Experience: Requirements: pallet jack and previous general warehouse experience required. Preferences: Experience with shipping, receiving and additional material handling equipment preferred. Food industry and equipment experience with reach truck and tow motor forklift. Environment: ½ dry and ½ cold warehouse. Anticipate going into cold zones for 3 hours daily – (cooler is 30-40 degrees and freezer is -10 degrees). Position Summary: responsible for operating standard warehouse equipment for the purpose of loading and unloading trucks as well as moving, locating, relocating, stacking, counting merchandise, customer order fulfillment, tagging and staging of orders pulled. Ensure completeness and correctness of all orders filled and correctly receives delivered products to defined warehouse areas. All responsibilities must be handled in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security and productivity. The environment includes both cold and room temperature environments. Work is fast paced, physically demanding and accuracy is required. We prefer candidates with a desire to grow their skills and become cross-trained on all aspects of warehouse work who can develop professionally and be promoted within the company.
