Looking for CERTIFIED electrician for old home upgrade

I am looking for a CERTIFIED electrician for an old home complete electrical upgrade of existing jacks / outlets. Im looking at replacing the electrical one room, or one section of the house at a time to keep wall holes / destruction down to a minimum as I am living in the house. I do have a modern fuse box with SOME runs already modern. The idea would be to upgrade the electrical and repair any destruction before moving on to the next area. I have someone able to repair the holes and paint. I am not in a rush and can work around your schedule. I can also provide labor assistance if wanted / needed. You will be given as much time / access needed to give your estimate at each phase of the job. Prefer texts so I can keep track of who responded to the ad and what estimate is given. I am looking to start this project as soon as your able to get started.
