PIECE WORK, PIECE WORK, PIECE WORK, PIECE WORK...PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS!!! Mastermind Builders is looking for skilled trades and individuals for labor. We have a large project that has started and we need guys who want to work. This is a PIECE WORK job...meaning the more drive you have, the more money you make. We have an apartment complex that is going to be completely renovated. At this point, demo is coming to a close but need guys to tile, install vanities and toilets, set tubs, and install shower valves. There will be trim work, cabinets to install, as well as laborers needed for this project and others. If you do good work and are highly motivated we have other projects you may be interested in. ONLY SERIOUS INQUIRIES PLEASE! If your going to call for an interview and then not show up to the job, please dont waste your time or mine. The ideal candidates will need to be motivated, honest, punctual, and we prefer you have your own tools but not required, though transportation is a must.
