Older dog looking for new home

Hey! i’m looking to rehome my dog Clark. he doesn’t come with anything but a leash and some food and a dog bowl. i ended up giving clark to a lady in eagle river and i think she ended up flipping him and he made his way back to anchorage and someone found him lost and without anything. but i sadly cannot keep him once again due to the landlord telling me that i can’t have dogs there. but clark is 9 this year and he’s a good dog. he’d do better in a home with no other cats or dogs he is food agressive with other animals around. and he will need a yard that he can run in. he is not good off leash and will run. i have a 10-15 foot runner line for him that i can give you too. it sucks that i have to get rid of him AGAIN. i just want him to go to a home that is calm and that he will live his last handful of years in. i’m unsure of what he is. i do believe he is mixed with lab, german shepard and chow. please please please get ahold of me by text. i need to get him gone by saturday, if not sadly he will go to the shelter and i don’t want that. there is a small rehoming fee due to the fact that last time i gave him away for free they flipped him.
