Lead guitarist/ songwriter looking to start band

Hello all, My name is Sean (30 M) and I am a lead guitarist looking for some talented musicians who are interested in starting a band. I have been playing almost 20 years and have played in many bands, done many shows, toured, recorded...etc. My vision for this project is to create a high energy jam band that people can move to. I want to borrow elements from jazz, hard rock and hip hop to create a one of kind musical act. Basically a "jazz" band that isn't afraid to turn up when the time calls and always has a killer groove. Interested in doing original material as well as covers and have a few ideas for both. There would be plenty of room for songwriting opportunities and cover selection, all I ask is that we check our egos at the door and have fun! Serious inquiries only please. If you cant play that well, cant commit to playing at least twice a month, don't have reliable transportation, or are a flake then don't hmu.
