Snow removal from car

Elderly man needs to have someone shovel out his car whenever we get a storm (at least 2 "). He is disabled and cannot do it himself.Needs car to go see his doctor a few times a week.Also his therapist. Please reply and state your ability to do this and your charges. Thank you
