Clean a small professional office. Duties: Pull and dump trash, sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean bathrooms. 5 days a week, M-F, part-time. Cleanings are done in the evenings (after business hours). Actual cleaning takes about 30-45 minutes at the most. Get paid 1.25 hours for each cleaning regardless of time spent cleaning. Pay is $13.00/hr @ 6.25 total hours per week. W-2 wages (no cash), direct deposit, paid Biweekly (1x every 2 weeks). Looking to hire someone already living, working in, or located very close to, Southgate, MI. No exceptions. More so an OPTIONAL opportunity for you to earn extra money when we need extra people to complete a variety of general labor-type projects (floor, carpet, or other miscellaneous cleanings, prep work for painting, etc). We work all over Metro Detroit and these projects will vary in days of the week, start/end times, and location. These could also be 1-day jobs or multiple-day or weeks jobs.
