Looking for woodshop/studio space to rent

I'm a woodcarver and woodturner and I'm looking to rent a space approximately 15 x 10 to set up a lathe, workbench and bandsaw. I live in Philmont, NY and am hoping to find a space that is within a 25 minute drive. It'd be great to share a space with someone to save money, but am open to using a space on my own as well. I've shared studio spaces with a lot of different artists and craftspeople before and am good at being considerate of other people's needs. Any leads would be appreciated!
