Property management company has an opening for a Porter/Groundskeeper/Handyman for two commercial properties in the South Salem and Keizer areas. Primary responsibilities involve the cleanliness of property to enhance and maintain the curb appeal by making sure it's neat, clean, and safe. Individual needs to physically walk property daily and remove litter, debris, cigarette butts, pet droppings, etc. from the grounds. Position may include spreading ice melt or sand on walkways in winter months and may include light maintenance. The position is part-time, 15 hours per week Monday-Friday though hours may vary and involves a constant need to perform the following physical activities: walk, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, push/pull, lift/carry, reach above shoulders, grasp/grip/turn.
