Easy loading and plenty of street parking. Rates range from $85 - $125/hr depending on the event and number of hours you'll be here. (There is some flexibility on rates depending on the nature of your event and how many people will be attending.) If you want to impress your clients, or just want an elegant space to work, this is definitely the place to be. Please note: This studio is not the right space if you want to throw a loud, crazy party or event.
