Thieves in the First Ward are dumping the trash people put out on trash night in your blue bags & stealing the bag. Tie your bags TIGHT to make it harder for the thieves to open without having to destroy the bag making it unusable to them. OR....Get a sharpie marker & write your last name all over the outside of the bag, maybe even your house #, so it can be identified if they use it for their trash. Then the police can be called & it will prove it was stolen. Or....put the nastiest trash you have on the top that will get all over the thieves when they try to take it!!!! (REVENGE!!!)
