We are looking for a motivated team player to join our small team. Our business has been rapidly growing since last year and we are excited to have availability for someone to join our team FULL TIME. In your position, you will be responsible for the removal of car parts from wrecked vehicles MUST HAVE - 1) You must enjoy working outdoors, with your hands, and have some mechanical inclination Previous experience working on cars is not a requirement, but someone who is good with cars or working with tools is highly helpful. We will provide you with the training necessary for you to succeed. 2) Good work ethic, integrity, and follow instructions well You expect to get paid, and in return we expect you to do the work that we ask. We are all adults on this team, and we dont have time to babysit or waste time dealing with complacency issues. We are here to grow and support each other as a team to acheive goals. We are a small business and are only as strong as our weakest link. 3 ) A working vehicle that you are open to driving through the Durham/Raleigh region Mon-Fri. We will reimburse your gas costs 4) Working Cell phone at all times After your initial training is complete, you will receive your instructions through your phone daily 5) Tools if you dont have any tools, they will cost ~200-300$ to start, we can discuss more at time of hiring or make the necessary arrangements if you dont currently have what is needed Starting pay is $15/hr (1099 contract labor) Pay will increase as you grow and become more efficient. There is plenty for promotion in this work once our trust and respect has been established. You take care of us, and in return, we will take care of you.
