Our company focus is interior painting, specializing in cabinet painting. No experience is necessary, we will train you on the job. Progress from beginner (prep painter) to lead painter quickly. We have systems and processes that reward hard work. Because we specialize in only a few aspects of painting, you will be a specialist in your trade. Once you are working as a lead painter the pay will move from hourly to performance based. This gives you the opportunity to earn a great living based on your ability and drive. • Small company – work directly with the owner while learning • Residential interiors – we work in the metro area • Work solo or with one other painter on most projects • Growth opportunities for motivated people • Plan to offer health care, insurance and vacation pay as we grow • Paid via direct deposit bi-weekly We like to start with good people and turn them into great painters and leaders. No experience necessary, starting pay will be based on experience, adjusted after two week evaluation. Not looking for sub-contractors – this is an employee position. Must be able to prove eligibility to work in the United States and pass a background and drug screening check.
