Busy local restoration business is seeking detail-oriented professionals to assist in the organization and cleaning of contents for restoration jobs. Job duties: - Assist in cleaning contents damaged by smoke, water, and other hazards according to IICRC standards including some specialty equipment use. - Maintain inventory of contents currently stored in warehouse and completion status - Assist in completing Salvageable/Non-Salvageable lists per company and insurance standards - Packing and protecting of contents to be moved - Moving of light contents - Cleaning of homes and structures before and after project completion Requirements: -Experience in content cleaning, home and construction cleaning preferred -Must be professional, trustworthy, and dependable. This includes both being able to follow your supervisor's directions and being able to maintain productivity/make decisions while not under direct supervision. -Clean, well-groomed, professional appearance required -Drug free work place -Background check will be conducted -Clean DMV record
