Part time Groundskeeper and Maintenance Person wanted for Property Management Group. Nice location and Community. Truck and equipment provided. Light maintenance work to include grounds curb appeal, freshening up paint of mailboxes, benches, poles, changing bulbs to street lights and office and community areas. Looking for someone who is pleasant with People and available at least 15-20 hours per week. Pay compensates with experience 17.00 plus. Your days and times can be flexible Monday -Friday.
