My daughter saved this dog last night after finding out it was maybe homeless or abandoned in norristown (logan street near basin). She is taking it to a shelter today...hate to do this but at least she is not freezing to death out in this cold. We have 4 dogs now and we just can't keep her till her human's are found. Please respond if anyone knows who she belongs too?
