Looking for person to help with home inspections in South Bend/Mishawaka area, though I do inspections in other areas too including Michigan City, LaPorte, Warsaw, Elkhart, approx a 50 mile radius from South Bend/Mishawaka in Indiana. Inspections consist mainly of taking photos outside and inside vacant homes, approx 35-40 photos per property. You use your phone and I give you a photo app to use on your phone. Pays $10 per property + gas reimbursement if you go outside the South Bend/Mishawaka area. This is very part-time but won’t take up much of your time (about 10 mins at each property) and only needed a few days per month. Not a lucrative job but not hard to do. You must be an adult, a legally licensed driver and have dependable transportation. If you’re into yardwork then I may have additional part-time work for you in the spring, but the inspections are the main thing at this time.
