Full Job Description IMMEDIATE MULTIPLE POSSITIONS AVAILABLE: Demo, General labor, Driver, Construction labor, Handyman, Apartment renovations Full-Time Job, M-F 8AM-4:30PM, $18 and up per hour(Based on experience), ½ hour lunch break with excellent benefits. Framing: Basic framing, frame windows, walls and door jambs, boxing out can lights, lowering pony walls, shear panel and blocking. Carpentry: Base and case, install doors, both book and pre-hung, door jambs, crown molding, basic cabinet installation and repairs. Electrical: Removal and installation of lighting fixtures, outlets, light switches, etc. Plumbing: Removal and installation of fixtures, shower valves, showerheads, faucets, toilets, angle stops, ice maker lines and boxes. Snaking drains, leak repairs, sink and garbage disposal installation, replacing supply lines and sink works. Replacing ABS and cast drain lines. Drywall: Installation, tape and texture. Patch including tape and texture to match existing. Tape and texture multiple finish types. Painting: Basic knowledge of paints and finishes and proper application. Proper prep and clean up. Able to brush, roll and spray. Tile installing/setting: Install tile and basic tile repair. Driver: Drive and park full size work truck, trailers, clean driving record required. Basic checks of oil and fluids, tires and vehicle general condition. Basic knowledge of construction. Ability to demo, pickup and deliver material and run a team. Demolition: Must be able to safely lift 75-100 lbs., Remove framing, cabinets, doors, closet doors, sinks, countertops, blinds, towel bars, toilets, concrete, stucco etc. RBCI INC is a fast growing multifamily housings construction company servicing the OC, LA and San Diego area for over 20 years. Qualifications: • Reliable transportation, Driver License and Vehicle Insurance (required) • 1 to 3 years of experience in construction or remodeling (required) • Familiarity with construction/maintenance tools and equipment (must have own tools) • Ability to handle physical workload (required) • Must provide 3-professional references (previous or current bosses, managers, supervisors – (no friends or family!) • Must meet requirement of legal right to work in the U.S.A.
