Christian Drummer Needed

Seeking a Christian Drummer for our Praise Team. We practice Thursday at 6pm in Lakewood (near 605 and Del Amo). We play our Sunday Service from 11am to 12:30pm. We play about 5 songs per week. This is NOT a paid gig. This is a small church (80+ seats). We recently remodeled the sanctuary, added new lighting, sound system and Drum isolation booth. We have a Yamaha Stage Custom kit, mic'd and ready for you to play. Entry level drummers are welcome. You should be able to hold down a consistent beat and do basic fills. We're not looking for perfection, just the basic ability to play and have a solid work ethic. This is a perfect opportunity to build your skills, get experience playing with a band and in front of an audience without the pressure of the cover scene. We need someone who is committed, willing to learn the music, willing to do the homework and can show up for practice and service on time, every week. The band is a work in progress.
