You’ll be scheduled across the Portland Metro area to service our Residential and Commercial clients! A company vehicle is provided! Once you’re on our team, you’ll be eligible for full medical benefits (90 days after start date), monthly reimbursement for use of your smartphone, yearly reimbursement for your tools, and ongoing safety and skill development training. *This position requires an experienced and skilled residential maintenance technician requires experience in the following areas: Water heater, replace/repair Dry wall and sheetrock repair Clogs Leak repair/diagnosis Minor electrical repair Apartment turnover maintenance Compensation & Schedule: Flexible Schedule, M-F 8 AM- 4:30 PM (flexible) | Pay $23.50- 26 depending on experience Medical, dental, and life insurance, as well as, 80 hours PTO eligible after 90 days Requirements: Tools, smartphone, and a great attitude A valid driver's license with less than 2 violations in the past 2 years is required. This is a 100% mobile position, if you are not comfortable driving in the portland metro area, do not apply. $1000 sign-on bonus ($500 at 45 days, $500 at 120 days employment) Required for this position: You must be able to walk, crouch, bend, lift up to 65 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours a day. You must have a valid driver's license. A full drug test and background check are required.
