I am a gc looking to hire a cement sub. I have attached the plans. Contract was already negotiated and signed, last minute my sub backed out. Looking to hire and get started Friday. Price should include the rebar, cement, forms, gravel, vasqueen, and appoxy. I will take care of excavation and dirt removal. On the image with the plans marked-up, blue is existing, red is new footing, and green is slab on grade 6” w 4” gravel beneath. I will pay as we complete/pass inspections.
