Description

Responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe facility. Perform general cleaning of offices, bathrooms, corridors and stairwells. Duties include, but not limited to: moving furniture and other objects, detail cleaning daily or as needed, removing garbage as needed, dusting, window cleaning. Floor maintenance includes vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, stripping & waxing of floors & carpet cleaning. Maintain adequate soap, paper towels, etc. inventory. Must be able to lift and handle items up to 25 pounds. This is a part time position @10 hours per week with a window of time for services to be performed (8am to 4pm). Coverage for events or during inclement weather is also required.
