Qualified Maintenance Technician candidates are mechanically inclined, dependable and enjoy various maintenance and labor projects including but not limited to: •Working knowledge in areas of electrical, heating, plumbing, appliance repairs, general repairs, cleaning, and painting is preferred. •Assist in preparing all vacant houses and apartments to market ready condition as needed. Ready for move-ins in a timely and efficient manner. •Perform preventative maintenance and other maintenance tasks as assigned, including, but not limited to: light bulb changes, filter changes, lock repairs, install/repair window coverings, HVAC repairs, appliance repairs, caulking, and painting. Respond to tenant requests & work orders in a timely manner. Availability to respond to after-hours emergency phone calls. Ability to operate power & hand tools, light & heavy equipment, lift 60 pounds Previous experience in property maintenance preferred Own and maintain your own tools Must have reliable transportation
