Small punch list work needed

I have 5 small punchlist things I need done on a property in Gastonia. 1. Tub drain not set properly. It's not in flush. Needs to be adjusted. 2. Ceiling fan is not installed properly. 3. All of the can lights in the property have paint on them that needs to be removed. And they are not put in properly. 4. I have a couple of receptacles and covers that need to be changed. 5. Electrical box needs a cover I need this done later today. Must have all tools needed for the job and transportation. This is a small punchlist job.
