Description

We are a gated Condominium community looking for a reliable hard working individual to clean the 14 buildings we have. This job consists of wiping down railings and cob webs and to blow off all the walkways, clean the elevators and pick up any trash you see. We expect at least one building a day. There are 3 floors to each building. This is mostly outside, so must be able to handle the heat and bear with the cold also be able to be on your feet a lot. On rainy days we have you clean the clubhouse and restrooms by the pool and things to that nature. This job is 5 days a week from 8am to 2pm with a half an hour lunch and of course you can take breaks. You work at your own pace this is not a hard job. Hardest part is dealing with the heat. Starting pay is $12 an hour. 30 hours a week
