She does a lot of different tasks, from pre-screening interviews to setting up recruiting events. It’s all about finding the right person with the right skills. Erik Forys Erik began his career in 2018 with CommutAir as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician. Now, he has worked his way up to Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor!
