This special container and sound meditation will give you the time and space to explore your own mind, body, and spirit.
With an intention focused on self love and exploration, I invite you to come relax and receive. We will start with a simple breathing exercises. Followed by a medative sound bath. And we will end feeling more self aware, full of love and gratitude.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to park and settle in. We start promptly at 7.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and even a pillow for added comfort.
