Large adventure company with Scuba Diving & Snorkeling/Whale Watching Boats is seeking experienced qualified captains for the upcoming spring/summer season and beyond! Full time and part time positions available for immediate start. Offering very competitive pay and benefits to qualified candidates. The Captain position is very dynamic within our company. For scuba diving trips, the captain assists with scuba gear off and on the boat. Assisting divers in and out of the boat. For snorkeling and whale watching trips, the captain is more the lead tour guide with stories, history and lore. Detailed safety briefings must be conducted specifically for our vessel before each and every tour. Minimum requirements: All candidates must hold US Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Credentials. Full time candidates must have minimum Masters 25 GRT Credential. Part time candidates must hold minimum OUPV "6-Pack" credential. Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing. Must be willing to run 3 tours a day. Typical tour time: 7am, 11:30am, 3:45pm Looking for positive attitude, team player who is detail oriented to join our team. No need to be a scuba diver, however, understanding or willingness to learn aspects will be a plus!
