Stronger Together The hospitality, tourism, and event industry has demonstrated a history of adaptability to survive and quickly regain growth despite a variety of devastating events including but not limited to natural disasters, attacks on human freedoms and life, and the spread of infectious diseases. Most recently, Covid-19 has proven to be one of the most debilitating global phenomena that has impacted all sectors of the industry globally and pushed organizational leaders and educators to pivot and adapt rapidly to survive. This year’s conference theme highlights our industry’s resilience with paper submissions that address what the future holds and offers guidance to organizations and educators to continuously position responsible management and leadership, promote collaboration and engagement in educational program offerings, and strengthen research value. NENA CHRIE will be holding the 8th annual Spring Regional Conference at James Madison University from Friday, March 18 to Sunday, March 20, 2022.  The conference will include professional development activities and research presentation opportunities.
