Description

Take your part in the day to day shipping and receiving operations of the leading performance marine parts supplier in the world. Based in Palm Coast FL, we're looking for a motivated, efficient and reliable candidate. Full Time and Part Time positions available. Hours are Monday - Friday 9-6, weekends off. Flexible scheduling available for part time hires. A Day in the Life in our Warehouse: Receive, unpack, and verify inventory from incoming delivery drivers Sort and place inventory according to predetermined inventory procedures Pack and ship products using warehousing system Conduct physical inventory counts Replenish stock from back-up locations as needed Perform quality inspections and accurate counts on incoming and outgoing inventory and products Process and prepare customer orders to be shipped out from onsite inventory Maintain a safe, clean working environment Perform required administrative tasks on a computer, shipping/receiving/inventorying parts/orders, and email Act quickly to report any issues to management Perform other similar duties as assigned by General Manager Direct subordinates and assistants with clear and concise directions Work is performed in non-conditioned space, so the area is subject to both heat and cold The warehouse process is constant set of changing priorities; attention to detail and time management are of the utmost importance What can you do? Computer Literacy - REQUIRED Minimum of one to two years related experience Familiarity with warehousing practices and handling methods Familiarity with shipping software such as UPS Worldship Forklift experience is preferred, but not required Ability to work well as part of a team and with minimal supervision Detail-oriented, with a focus on minimizing mistakes Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills Ability to manage priorities, workflow, and meet deadlines Flexibility and willingness to work with constantly changing priorities Additional Requirements: Perform basic computer work; including typing Lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance Stand for long periods of time Email resume to apply
