I am looking for a reliable, honest, hard working, experienced maintenance person who can do everything it takes to repair my houses in the East Hartford, Manchester, Windsor, Coventry area's. Must live close by in order to be able to get to my houses in a timely fashion. You should have a truck or van in good working condition. You should be in the property maintenance business and be available for emergency situations as well as turning over my properties upon tenant move outs.You should be in good health and be able to climb ladders. You should have the capabilities of the following: 1) gutter cleaning 2) roof repair 3) siding repair 4) ceramic tiling 5) floor installation 6) drywall installation and repair 7) new ceilings and ceiling repair 8) good painting skills 9) window and screen repair 10) installation of kitchen cabinets, counter tops and tub surrounds- 11) electrical background 12) plumbing - water leaks, bathroom diverters etc. This is part time work on an as needed basis.
