Snow Removal Labor: We are recruiting for several snow removal contractors for the winter season. All contractors will be assisting with preventive maintenance of grounds prior, at the onset, and during snowfall. We operate 24/7, the schedule depends on the storm event. As removal takes place at commercial facilities, there will be both late and early starts. These times will include late nights as well as after midnight in the early hours of the morning. All contractors who are dispatched are required: Must Haves: • Winter Jacket (It can get very cold from being outside after a few hours) • GLOVES (Again its very cold, your hands will thank you) • Winter Boots (No sneakers) • Blue or Black jeans and/or winter pants (No sweatpants) Job Requirements: No tools or shovels are needed. Everything is on-site. • All contractors will need to confirm their availability 24 hours before the storm event (includes overnight, early mornings, and weekends). • Will be required to stand for several hours at a time. • Be able to bend and twist while working with heavy snow and ice. • Be able to lift 50 pounds on a repeated basis. • NO smoking on site. • Must always have valid photo ID kept on their person. • Payment is only in the form of check, PayPal, Venmo or Cash app. • If you leave before the job is completed, you WILL NOT be paid. • Experience preferred but not required. Bonus is possible if you work every storm event you are asked to work.
