AVAILABLE WORK: Dog Walker, Sitter, or Attendant Paws & Rec Inc® | Brooklyn, NY $300 - $700 a week - Full-time and Part-time Come join the team at Paws & Rec! We are a family-operated company providing the Brooklyn dog—from Downtown to Sunset Park—with an active, healthy fulfilling experience. At Paws & Rec®, “An Active Dog is a Happy Dog®” We are seeking individuals to become Pack Leaders (walkers) or Attendants for our Daycare or Overnight Boarding. Multiple shifts available: 9:30AM - 3:30 PM; 7AM - 3PM; 3-11PM; 11PM-7AM Whether on a pack outing or in our facility, our aim is to ensure each dog is physically and mentally stimulated with a vigorous walk, friendly socialization with their pack mates and plenty of off-leash time. Team members are encouraged to fully engage with the dogs to ensure a positive outcome for each dog’s well-being. SKILLS: • compassion and patience • conscientious – do your work right, do it well • good customer service • Reliable and always on time • Physically fit (You will be walking, running and on your feet for hours) • Strength to control both large & small dogs on and off leash • Calm and level-headed to handle any unexpected & potentially urgent situations • Military Vets welcome! REQUIREMENTS: • U.S. legal resident, 18 or older, HS/GED *completed* • Some experience with dogs and/or dog care other than your own pet • Flexible schedule to work days or evenings ***PLEASE REPLY ANSWERING THESE QUESTIONS*** • Interviews are Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays between 10AM - 2PM.
