Penaltybox Print is looking for a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to add to our growing Business. The ideal candidate is an experienced, organized, and an ambitious individual. We are looking for the right candidate that can take little instruction and work well on their own, and also in a team environment. This is a part time position with the ability to transition to full time within three months. As our business grows so will you. We take pride in our team and continue to help them build to the next level. If you have always wanted to be in charge of your own department on the manager level, this position could take you there. Job Summary: This position will perform a variety of routine and repetitive embroidery handler operations and procedures. Responsible for hooping, threading, and machine prep for machines used in the process for embroidering product as required and defined by approved production orders. Works under general supervision where operations are specified by written and verbal instructions and established procedures in English. Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills Able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously and take initiative Detail oriented Able to work individually as well as part of a team Ability to make sound and reasonable decisions Able to stand for a minimum of 6 hours a day Able to lift and carry boxes up to 30lbs Maintain a clean and debris free work area and follow all safety protocols Experience: Operate Multi-Head as well as Single-Head Embroidery Machine. Experience with the use of proper set up, threading, backing, needles, hooping systems, etc High School Diploma or equivalent Use of Wilcom embroidery studio Minimum one year experience on an embroidery machine Part time position with the ability to work into a full time position within 3 months. Wage is determined based on experience Hours are 8am-1pm
