We’re looking for one more creative person who loves good design, has computer skills, and enjoys meeting new people. All leads are provided. Our customers are very motivated to get their bath remodel into process ! You must have a good work ethic, basic computer skills with Excel spreadsheets. And you must enjoy design work. Basic home design, color coordination and making a bathroom look beautiful ! 6 weeks paid training provided. You will visit customers at their home, with your Team Leader Show samples of grout free shower wall panel systems (we have 4 options), or tiles, vanity door styles, shower glass door options (custom), vanity door colors of natural woods, floor tiles or luxury vinyl options, Kohler or Toto toilets, lighting fixtures, etc. Yes we do painting and plastering also You will learn how to design bathrooms and take down walls and measure everything We provide FREE architect renderings to clients (based on your sketches and measurements) All our designers/sales reps earn over $ 100K and some make over $ 200K Some evenings and weekends are required if you want to earn top dollar, but optional Flex hours Excellent comp plan.
