We are seeking Property Finders to Find us Off Market Discounted Properties in New Haven County Property Criteria is as Follows: 1) Property Must be Off Market 2) Must be Vacant or Owner Occupied 3) We ONLY buy properties at a DISCOUNT. We Do not pay Retail prices. 4) Property must not have any Structural or Foundation issues We will pay a finder’s or Wholesaler’s fee per property ONLY if we Purchase and Close on the referred property with a Title Company of our choice. We are cash buyers and normally close on our deals in less than 30 days. Our Current Goal is to purchase 2-3 properties a month in New Haven County with the intent to rehab and resell.
