Learn about the different types of cheese! This is a beginners course aimed at expanding your knowledge of cheese. This is a beginners course aimed at expanding your knowledge of cheese. Learn about the different types of cheese with Bob & Rachel. We will offer examples of each type of cheese and include an appropriate pairing (jams, pickle, etc.) Plan for the class to run an hour to an hour and a half. At the end of the class you will be given time to purchase any of the cheeses from the pairings. Class sizes will be small due to the size of our shop and held on location (plan to ride together if coming with someone as our parking lot is small). Refund Policy: Refund requests will be granted as long as the request has been made within 48 hours of the event date.
