leopard gecko and tree frog

I have a leopard gecko and a green tree frog, my roommate got them and unfortunately just left them here for me to deal with. I cannot give them what they need care wise, I have 3 lights with many lightbulbs, a reptifogger, a running water tree among many other things. I am asking a 400$ fee as that is around what we have paid for all of things things included and to ensure an amazing home.
