Re-homing our cat

We are looking for a new, loving home for our cat. He is approximately 14 years old, but admittedly he has started peeing on the floor in our house rather than in his litter box. We've tried a variety of things to no avail, and since we have two young kids, no longer have the time or ability to deal with the pee and lack of progress. Other than the peeing, he is a very nice cat and seems to be entirely healthy.
