He was raised in Seneca, SC and spent his younger years developing his guitar playing and adding in vocals as he grew older. Instagram | Facebook Taylor Winchester Taylor Winchester Having been a member in various folk and jamband projects dating back to his college days, and most recently as the mandolin picker in indie-folk act Elonzo Wesley, Taylor Winchester is stepping into his solo pursuit as a singer-songwriter and performer. After releasing three singles in the midst of the 2020 pandemic, he is currently working on a debut full length album targeting a 2021 release. Combining musical influences ranging from the likes of the Bob Dylan and Jeff Tweedy, to Nick Mulvey and Jim James, his songwriting embodies an ethos of a soul searching journey, while encouraging awareness around the abundant offerings found in a mindful, simple approach to life.
