Lead Position : Compensation - $22-$30 an hour depending on experience Team player with the ability to delegate and mentor crew Must have knowledge in Hardscape and or Machine/ Equipment experience. Good communication and Work Ethic. The ability to communicate with clients and potential clients. Wants to grow with a growing company that has been in business for 20 years! Crew member: Compensation $17-$20 an hour The ability to be apart of a team with good work ethic You enjoy learning, hard work, working outside and seeing a project from beginning to end with pride. Hard worker with transportation. Want to learn the Hardscape/construction skills to move up with a growing company.
