This class is approved by the California State Fire Training. This is a one (1) day mandatory annual refresher class for hired vendors. Class Overview: Following attendance and demonstrating fire shelter skills the student will be issued a card from California State Fire Training. Incident Organization – Structure in what looks like chaos, Safety, Fire Behavior and Situational Awareness, Fire Shelter Training, IRPG Introduction, Do What’s Right, PPE Issues, Radio Procedures, 2021 RT-130 topics will be presented The cost is $150.00 at the door. COVID COMPLIANCE: there will be self check at the door and everyone must wear a mask. For shelter training, you can bring your own, if you have an old one. The ones we will use are cleaned according to CDC guidelines after every use. Social distancing will be observed.
