Caregivers and Home Care Aides All over the Chicagoland Area. Compensation: Salary starting at $15 to 17 per hour. employment type: Employee's choice Care Givers and Home Makers compensation: Salary starting at $15 to 17 per hour We are hiring Full Time and Part Caregivers and Homemakers. We train our home care aides to be prepared to carry out all client tasks. The training we provide will include hands-on demonstration and explanation of various procedures to deliver services. With the help of this training, home care aides will be prepared to assist clients in areas such as transportation, shopping, cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, and more. We want our home care aides to be fully capable of tackling multiple tasks for clients as needed. The ongoing training offered will incorporate not only the duties and responsibilities of the homecare aide's needs but as well as the know-how to tackle issues they face while providing services. Home Health aides or CNA's duties may include, but not limited to: Personal Care (bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming, and hygiene) Meal Planning and preparation Home Care (light housekeeping) Companionship Engage client in activities and provide socialization Assisting in errands (shopping) and appointments Requirements for Homecare Aide: High school diploma or equivalent required or Previous experience as a Homecare Aide for relative or any agency Documentation of a physical examination Have a clear background check at the time of hiring Is not listed in the excluded provider from the federal Department of Health and Human Services.
